Since 2000, the World Veterinary Association has made the last Saturday in April of each year World Veterinary Day, to pay tribute to dedicated veterinarians around the world. Let’s celebrate the countless contributions that our vets make in improving pet health, promoting animal welfare, securing pet food safety, and many more!

Being a vet is not an easy job, they work long hours and are faced with medical challenges every day. However, it is one of the most gratifying jobs one can ever find because what keeps them going is knowing that they are able to make a significant difference in the life of animals and people.
