Should I intentionally feed different types of canned food to improve my pet’s adaptability and nutrition balance?

We all know that some cats are picky eaters. Pet owners can can take advantage of the huge variety among cat foods; different textures, protein sources and flavours of canned foods, pouches of semi-moist food and etc.

Switching flavours of your canned food is fine, but generally any new food type should be added gradually, or mixed in with the existing diet, so as not to upset the cat’s digestive system with sudden changes, which can cause gastroenteritis.

Should I rotate canned food favours on my daily feeding?
